Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Bare HK. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: Order processing may be delayed if we require additional information from you regarding your order or medical consultation.

2. Domestic Shipping (Freight Collect / 運費到付) We currently offer shipping within Hong Kong. All shipping fees are borne by the customer and are paid directly to the courier upon delivery (Freight Collect). * Delivery Method: Standard Cold Chain Delivery (e.g., SF Cold Chain or direct courier).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 - 3 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated by the courier based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. You will pay this exact amount to the courier when your package arrives.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or carrier issues.)

3. Cold Chain & Receiving Requirements (IMPORTANT) Due to the medical nature of our products, all items are shipped using specialized cold chain (temperature-controlled) delivery to ensure product integrity and safety.

  • Someone Must Be Present: You, or an authorized representative, must be present at the delivery address to receive the package in person and pay the shipping fee.

  • Immediate Refrigeration: Products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

  • No Unattended Deliveries: Couriers are strictly instructed not to leave packages unattended at doors, lobbies, or management offices without proper cold storage facilities and payment of the shipping fee.

4. Failed Deliveries and Redelivery If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the package and pay the shipping fee, the courier will return the package to our facility to maintain its required temperature.

  • You will be fully responsible for any return shipping fees, redelivery fees, or penalties charged by the courier. * Bare HK is not liable for any product spoilage or degradation if a delivery fails due to the customer's unavailability or failure to provide accurate delivery instructions.

5. International Shipping At this time, we only ship to addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We do not offer international shipping due to the medical and temperature-sensitive nature of our products.

6. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) and delivery details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

7. Damages and Issues During Transit In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or the cold-chain packaging is compromised, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at kenpen629@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +852 9867 5202. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition and packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
